I took wood shop and Kevin not one to mess with prideful loyal to a fault shirt. In 9th I took a double-course of an electrical shop. Never cared for cars so in 10th I took home ec. I loved it and was good at it. I got beat up a lot from 10th grade through graduation. Coincidence? One of our great automotive instructors at Fullerton College, at the time I taught manufacturing technology classes there, was a woman who taught part-time while working full time for a major car company can’t remember for sure which, may have been BMW. This is so necessary and such amazing trait to have.
