It may look fancy..so people would extra for the Sometimes I stay inside because it’s just too peopley out there shirt. I question the cleanliness of the bartender and the machine used to cut the ice..very clever craft. I guess it can afford to live in San Francisco..you can afford designer ice. Some people can afford to pay extra for the nicer arrangement, for the atmosphere, and for the potential better service that comes from a premium priced restaurant or bar. If I made more money, I’d probably want to go to a place like this too. Is it necessary or needed? Definitely not, but would you want it? Maybe! Finally someone and a bar on this channel doing it right, with the right techniques all the way thru! Kudos.
