The amazing thing was how they’d deny that Under Armour Vegeta Oozaru and Goku Dragon Ball shirt. But no girl was ever getting in and the class was always boys. I’d hear things like, “you don’t want to do that. You have to change the oil. You’ll get dirty. Do you know you have to get UNDER the car sometimes?” Super frustrating because I do have people try to pull crap on me at car shops when I couldn’t see the family friend who was a mechanic. Where was this? I graduated in 2001 in Montana and took every shop, mechanic, welding class that was offered. My teachers were all rad, no one cut me any slack for being a girl.
