They can not recreate this by removing Timothy and adding in children: Because of their relationship and the absence of a paternal figure in Dumbo’s life, Timothy has been cited by animation historian John Canemaker, as one of Dumbo’s surrogate father figures. I was all for Disney live-action remakes, but then you started making too many, and I’m done with them. I cried over the Cartoon, do not know if I can make it through the live-action version!!
